Refunds will ONLY be issued in the following circumstances:



1. Panel Shutdown

- If the email panel becomes completely non-functional due it being terminated

- In most cases, we will provide a free replacement panel - The issue must be verified by our technical team



2. Email Delivery Failure

- Email deliverability  while strictly following our recommended sending guidelines

- Must be documented and verified by our technical team

- Guidelines must have been followed exactly as specified in our documentation



2.2 Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

- Any issues arising from exceeding our recommended sending guidelines

- Panel shutdowns or problems resulting from user actions outside our guidelines

- Changes in email provider policies or infrastructure

- User error or misunderstanding of the product

- Change of mind or business needs

- Account suspensions due to content violations

- Any issues arising after successful initial testing

- Incompatibility with your systems or setup

- Any performance issues while operating outside our recommended parameters



3. Refund Process



To request a refund/replacement:

1. Contact support@emailpanels.io within 24 hours of discovering the issue

2. Provide detailed documentation showing adherence to our sending guidelines

3. Allow our technical team to verify the issue

4. If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method or as a replacement



Important Notes



- All panels are sold as-is after successful initial testing

- We reserve the right to offer replacement panels instead of refunds

- Operating outside our recommended guidelines voids all refund eligibility

- Our technical team's assessment of guideline compliance is final

- Users are responsible for maintaining proper sending practices



4. Additional Terms



- All refund decisions are final

- We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time

- Approved refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account

- Processing fees may be deducted from refund amounts where applicable
